Exactly 30 years ago, in 1996, one of ELITE Telecoms' founders was awarded the world Ted TURNER award (CNN, Turner Broadcasting System...) for developing an IT tool for Hotline/customer service teams.
At that time, the many devices available on the market (TV, decoder, VCR...) and the different types of connectors (Scart socket, RCA...) could make the installation of the cable network complex for a subscriber.
The algorithm created allowed the Hotline employee to easily generate, by selecting the different equipment, an installation diagram to transmit to the subscriber.
Our expertise has a history, it is founded on the experience of our employees.

Last night, alongside ELITE Telecoms, we took over a PEC 720 (Cable Breakout Point), a strategic point of the fiber optic network allowing the distribution and organization of fibers to several branches.
⚠️ During the intervention, we identified a wild mutation of an entire tube — a serious non-compliance that could strongly impact service quality and continuity.
This PEC feeds:
📡 7 mobile antennas
🔗 432 PON sharing points
Needless to say, this is an extremely sensitive box in the network architecture.
Thanks to excellent technical expertise and confirmed field expertise, we have secured, reorganized and restored the installation to compliance with best practices.
